Inclusion of baby cots and high chairs is a good example of this. Nice clean (appropriate) bedding that is all the same will again add to the 'branding' of your property experience - not some old sheets you have from years ago. Create a homely, and comforting, bedroom - not a sterile 'this will do' room.
