It goes without saying that these people should be very trustworthy because they are the people that set the scene for your customers holiday experience. Do not underestimate the importance of this. Get people you can trust and people who care. Also people that will follow out your instructions to the letter, not cutting any corners.

You property should be clean and tidy and furnished appropriately for your audience - both inside and out.
