Be Realistic
Ask for advice from friends and family, and previous visitors, and do not kid yourself - remember this is a business. Your property will be just right for a certain type of visitor. Do not aim for families if the setting doesn't suit it. The last thing you want is for a family to be in your apartment surrounded by groups of young people staying up late and partying. They will not enjoy it and they will pass on bad comments about the experience.
