Introduction
You can’t expect people to come to your holiday home every year. Some may, but if people wanted that, they’d probably buy their own. What you need to do is create a customer database. Why?
Because we remember things most when they are in the forefront of our mind and that tends to happen when we are regularly reminded. By keeping details on all of your customers, you can be more personal with them all - Christmas cards or, even better, emails to say hello once in a while and tell people what is happening generally.
Your goal is to create a 'club' of loyal customers who think that you offer something that other property rental companies, do not offer – something very personal. They will then more likely recommend you.
