During The Stay

During their stay, make sure they have all of your details, and the details of the local management agent. This, again, reassures them that if they have a problem, you are easily contacted. They can just relax and enjoy their holiday.

Leave an easy to use questionnaire for your guests to fill in. You can supply the questionnaire with a pre-stamped (UK) envelope so that they can fill it in on their holiday, or when they get back, and then send you it completed (if they wish). Start the questionnaire with honest reasons for why you are asking the questions, namely to make the holiday home as good as possible for visitors.
