Advice: Attracting New Customers

Brochure

Your brochure does not need to be expensive and glossy. Firstly, people will not expect your brochure to be expensive - if it looks too expensive they may think that they have paid for it in the price. It just needs to be clean and clear with all the relevant details in.

Going back to computers, it is very simple to create brochures using standard software and then creating PDF (Portable Document Files) of these. Everyone can read PDF files, and if they can't, Adobe (the makers of the software) allow people to download it free from their website www.adobe.com. Think of how much printing and postage costs this would save if you could send it electronically by email.

From the design point-of-view, do not use gimmicky fonts and colours. Just keep it simple and clear using a nice sans-serif typeface, with upper and lower case letters (rather that all caps) - this makes it easier to read for everyone.
