Advice: Attracting New Customers

Introduction

Well this is the big one. If you haven’t read the first sections about your product and your existing customers, we suggest you go through them if not first, then straight after reading this section.

Like our home page says, we are marketing people. We can give you the ideas, if executed correctly, which will increase your rental income – there is no doubt there. How you do it and how well you do it will answer the ‘will it work?’ question.

The key things to remember are:

  1. It won’t work straight away.

  2. You must persevere.

  3. You must be prepared to adapt to changes quickly.

The ways we are suggesting are not get-rich-quick ideas. They are ideas intended to build up your 'business' over time to get stronger and stronger and give you a business that has more of a lifespan.
