About Marketing Your Villa

This website was created in 2005 after a trip to Cyprus which resulted in an off-plan investment in a holiday villa in Pervolia.

We bought it on an investor weekend and everyone was in high spirits because we were "all in this together".

After the initial buzz came the realisation - costs to cover the villa purchase, costs to upkeep the villa and then potential profit from rental rather than relying on the increase in value of the property.

The other realisation, especially for Cyprus (currently undergoing massive growth and investment), is the massive amount of competition there would be.

Luckily, we are marketing people so we switched-off. Until we realised that there are millions of people in the same situation as us asking the same question:

"How do I make more money from my holiday home?"

And that's where marketingyourvilla.com came from. We have marketing knowledge and we want to share it.
